This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on our online store.

Our policy combines:

       Your legal rights (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union); and

       Our commercial 30-day return policy that may go beyond the legal minimum in some countries.

1. Legal right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer and your order is delivered in a country of the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

       The 14-day period starts on the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

       To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

       You can do this by emailing us at elisabedclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Effects of withdrawal

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal:

       We will refund the price you paid for the products.

       If required by applicable law, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost, but not any extra costs for non-standard delivery options (for example, express shipping), where the law allows.

       Unless otherwise required by local law, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because you have handled them more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would handle items in a physical shop).

We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we agree otherwise.

2. Our 30-day return policy (worldwide)

In addition to any legal rights you have, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items.

       You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

       This policy applies to eligible items as described below and does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law in your country.

3. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

       Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

       You must provide a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other damage may be refused or may receive only a partial refund, at our reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

4. Non-returnable and limited-return items

Unless your local law requires otherwise, the following items are generally non-returnable:

       Custom or personalized products (including made-to-order items).

       Gift cards.

       Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

However, items that are defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described remain returnable in accordance with your statutory rights, even if they fall into one of the categories above.

5. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

       The item is defective or damaged, or

       You received the wrong item, size, or color.

This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and offer a remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, in line with applicable law and this policy.

6. How to start a return

To start a return:

1.      Email us at elisabedclothing@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (optional for legal withdrawal).

2.     We will confirm whether your return is accepted and send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

3.     Only send items back after your return request has been approved and you have received the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please keep proof of postage when you ship your return, as we may require it if the package is lost in transit.

7. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Exchanges (e.g., size change):

       We may offer discounted return shipping rates or other arrangements, which will be communicated to you when you request the exchange.

Returns for refund (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):

       Unless otherwise required by local law, the actual cost of return shipping may be borne by you or deducted from your refund.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

       We will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label, in line with applicable law. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Specific rules may vary based on your country of delivery if mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges primarily for size or color (subject to availability).

       If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions and any applicable shipping details.

       In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

       If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

       We aim to complete the refund within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

       If a partial refund is applied (for example, due to signs of use or missing tags), we will explain the reason.

10. International customers and local laws

We ship worldwide. This policy applies to all customers unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide you with additional or different rights.
