SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Elisabed Clothing! We ship worldwide from Tbilisi, Georgia.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

All product prices on Elisabed Clothing already include standard worldwide shipping. You pay only the price you see on the product page; no additional shipping fees are added at checkout.

We ship worldwide to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you after your order and issue a full refund if necessary.

Once dispatched, typical delivery timeframes are:

  • North America: usually delivered within 10–18 business days after dispatch.
  • South America: usually delivered within 12–25 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union countries: usually delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Armenia, Azerbaijan, Israel, Kazakhstan and Turkey: usually delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates based on common transit times of major international couriers and postal partners and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier performance, or other factors beyond our control.

We currently do not guarantee regular shipping services to Russia and Ukraine due to ongoing geopolitical situations, sanctions, and carrier restrictions. Where shipping to these countries is possible, delivery times may be significantly longer and subject to sudden changes or suspensions by carriers.

If you would like to ship to Russia or Ukraine, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is currently available to your address.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, OR IMPORT FEES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
